So, I started my Wimbledon Supper Club in 2019, leading to collaborations with restaurants and bars across East London.
I've bridged the vibrant energy and laid-back dining of Seoul to London adding that cozy neighbourly vibe.
In 2022, BOMBOM was founded, inspired by my early years hosting pop-ups and hustling in kitchens. It's all about Korean flavours made easy - rooted in tradition but created for the way we eat today.
I've always believed that having a pantry stocked with tasty condiments makes cooking Korean food a breeze.
