  • 300g Pork Shoulder (thinly sliced)
  • 80g BOMBOM BBQ Sauce (Soy & Garlic)
  • ½ onion, thinly sliced

** You can also use chicken or beef instead of pork.

🍳 LET'S COOK

  1. Slice your pork into thin pieces, ideally under ⅛-inch thick.
  2. In a sealable container, combine your sliced pork, the sliced onion, and the BOMBOM Soy & Garlic BBQ Sauce. Mix everything well so the pork is fully coated. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
  3. If you're using a cast-iron grill pan or a large skillet, heat it over high heat until it's sizzling hot. Add all the marinated pork and its juices to the pan. Cook, stirring constantly, until most of the liquid has evaporated and the pork starts to brown at the edges.
  4. Once the pork is fully cooked, serve it immediately with fresh leafy greens and a side of ssamjang sauce.
