These tender chicken skewers are glazed in a sauce that's the perfect mix of sweet, savory, and garlicky. Inspired by amazing Korean street food, they're super easy to make at home with our Korean BBQ sauces. They're great for a fun night in by yourself or for a beer party with friends!

🛒 SHOPPING LIST

  • About 1 pound (500g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs,bite-sized squares, about 1¼ inches. (3cm) 
  • BOMBOM Soy & Garlic BBQ Sauce 
  • 4-5 stalks spring onion (use mostly the white parts), cut into roughly 1¼-inch (3cm) pieces 
  • Vegetable oil, for the grill pan 
  • 8-10 bamboo skewers 

🍳 LET'S COOK

  1. In a bowl, gently combine the cubed chicken with salt and pepper. Let this sit and marinate for at least an hour.  
  2. Thread the marinated chicken and spring onion pieces onto your skewers, alternating them. You'll want to end each skewer with a piece of chicken. 
  3. Lightly oil a grill pan and set it over medium-low heat. Once it's warm, place the chicken skewers on the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side. 
  4. Now, brush the skewers all over with the rest of the Soy & Garlic BBQ Sauce or Sweet & Spicy BBQ sauce. Keep cooking, turning the skewers every few minutes and brushing with more sauce, until the chicken is cooked through and looks nicely glazed, about another 5 to 10 minutes.
