Kimchi Mayo Prawn Brioche Roll


🛒 SHOPPING LIST

  • 200g cooked prawns, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp Kimchi Mayo
  • 1 tbsp chopped Pickled Silverskin Onions
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped chives
  • Salt and white pepper
  • Some lemon juice
  • 2 baby gem lettuce leaves
  • 2 brioche rolls, split in half

🍳 LET'S COOK

  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, onion, chives, kimchi mayo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Fill each brioche roll with baby gem lettuce and top with the shrimp mixture.

Ssamjang & Korean BBQ Roll

  • 200g thinly sliced flank steak, marinated in soy BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • A few green onions, thinly sliced
  • A pinch of sesame seeds
  • 2 brioche rolls, split in half

🍳 LET'S COOK

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated beef, onion, and half of the sliced green onions. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is slightly charred.
  2. Fill each brioche bun with the grilled beef. Drizzle with ssamjang sauce and top with the remaining green onions and sesame seeds.
