Kimchi Mayo Prawn Brioche Roll
🛒 SHOPPING LIST
- 200g cooked prawns, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp Kimchi Mayo
- 1 tbsp chopped Pickled Silverskin Onions
- 1/2 tbsp chopped chives
- Salt and white pepper
- Some lemon juice
- 2 baby gem lettuce leaves
- 2 brioche rolls, split in half
🍳 LET'S COOK
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, onion, chives, kimchi mayo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each brioche roll with baby gem lettuce and top with the shrimp mixture.
Ssamjang & Korean BBQ Roll

- 200g thinly sliced flank steak, marinated in soy BBQ sauce
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- A few green onions, thinly sliced
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 2 brioche rolls, split in half
🍳 LET'S COOK
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated beef, onion, and half of the sliced green onions. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is slightly charred.
- Fill each brioche bun with the grilled beef. Drizzle with ssamjang sauce and top with the remaining green onions and sesame seeds.
Spicy Gochujang Ketchup & Sausage Roll

- 2 Hot dog Sausages
- 100g of finely shredded cabbage
- 1/2 sliced cucumber
- Salt and black pepper
- Mayonnaise
- Sugar
- Lemon juice
- 2 brioche rolls, split in half
