- 400g of King prawns
- 4 Little Gem lettuces, trimmed
- BOMBOM Kimchi Mayo
- Peel the prawns once cooked and spread out on a plate to cool.
- Break the lettuces into individual leaves, then divide the leaves evenly between four small glass bowls. Place avocado slices around the sides of bowls and sprinkle the prawns over the lettuce. Season with black pepper.
- Spoon BOMBOM's Kimchi Mayo sparingly over the cooled prawns. Top your bowls with the dressed prawn mixture and sprinkle with a little paprika or red chilli powder. Serve immediately!
