@jinro.uk, we’ve created a refreshing and fiery drink that's perfect for any occasion. With its unexpected combination of gochujang, soju, and a hint of apple cider vinegar, this Bloody Mary is a flavour explosion. We’ve amped up the savoury notes with juicy prawns and crisp silver onions.   

🛒 SHOPPING LIST

  • 200ml Jiro soju (We like Chamisul fresh )
  • 2 tbsp BOMBOM gochujang
  • 50ml apple cider vinegar
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish:  Prawns, gherkin, silver onion, tomato, lemon wedge, dill, and whatever else you fancy


Note:  If you’re not using BOMBOM gochujang, add 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce.

🍳 LET'S COOK

  1. Pour the soju, gochujang, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and black pepper into a cocktail shaker. (For an extra chill vibe, keep your soju in the freezer before mixing.)
  2. Add a few ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled glass, and garnish with your fancy garnishes.
  4. Boom! You're ready to party.
